1. About Zuri Gas

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Zuri Gas website and your purchase of LPG gas cylinders and related accessories (“Products”) from Zuri Gas (“Zuri”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility & account security

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide during checkout and in your account.
  • If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Orders, pricing & availability

  • Product listings may change, and availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
  • Prices shown are subject to change; the price charged will be the one shown at the time you place your order.
  • We may decline, cancel, or limit orders where necessary (for example, suspected fraud, errors in pricing/availability, or operational constraints).

4. Delivery, collection & risk

5. Safety & proper use

  • LPG is flammable and must be handled with care. Use Products only as intended and in accordance with safety instructions.
  • Do not modify cylinder components (including valves/regulators) or use damaged equipment.
  • If you suspect a leak or unsafe condition, stop use immediately and contact us or a qualified technician.

6. Returns & refunds policy (important)

No refunds are provided except for defective cylinder heads.

  • If a cylinder head is defective, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos/videos where possible.
  • If we confirm a defect, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund for the defective cylinder head, as applicable.
  • This policy does not affect any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Warranty & limitations

  • Any warranty offered applies only to Products used under normal conditions and according to instructions.
  • We are not responsible for damage arising from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or use with incompatible equipment.
